Bookkeeping

In order to ensure that external financial bookkeeping actually functions for our customer, we adapt it individually to the customer, organise the supporting documentation system and provide solutions for an efficient transfer of supporting documents; in original or in digital format. The use of the Datev-Symfonia platform ensures highest quality alongside best possible compatibility with other systems.

The possibility of book entry of digital vouchers makes it possible for us to accompany and support customers and display external bookkeeping across Poland. The only thing our customers need for this is a document scanner, which completes the digitalisation of vouchers within the shortest possible time and provides them for data transfer to us. We would be pleased to accompany and support you in the organisation of the respective systems.

We offer the following services in the area of financial bookkeeping:

• Regular bookkeeping (account assignment and entry)
• Monthly evaluations of business management ratios, liquidity as well as aggregated balance sheets
• Preparation of all tax returns and declarations
• Preparation of annual financial statements
• Preparation of interim and special purpose balance sheets
• Consultation and representation in the event of audit by fiscal authorities, wage tax or social insurance audits
• Negotiations with revenue authorities
• Possibility of booking on the basis of digitalised vouchers independent of location
