JP Weber Advisory offers you the highest level of services within the framework of the Capital Market Competence Centre. We support brokerages, investment funds and other companies in the capital market and offer the following services:

• Regular consultation on all the current legal norms of the capital market
• Legal and tax-related expert opinions on individual transactions
• Consultation on and implementation of EU directives

Our specialists in the field of capital market have, in part, collected long-standing experience as employees with the stock exchange supervisory authorities and have actively participated in the incorporation of certain EU directives in Polish national law. Our services are comprehensive and take into consideration the economic and customary market realities, while, at the same time, maintaining efficiency in the conversion and implementation of individual regulations.

Our current focus is on projects within the framework of implementation of the following EU directives:

MiFID (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive )

The MiFID increases the security of the investors, among other things, in the area of activities of investment companies, safeguarding of the assets of customers or conflicts of interests. We implement the MiFID through examination of all the necessary prerequisites and subsequent implementation of missing processes.

CRD (Capital Requirements Directive)

The CRD (2006/48/EU; 2006/49/EU) lays down the new covering law for the equity base of credit institutes and securities companies. Within the framework of CRD projects, we implement parts of the risk management system. For this, we use our long-standing experience in consultation, accounting and legal matters.
