On 04.04.2012 in Seoul (Korea), JP Weber Group, together with Korea Eximbank and The Korea Chamber of Commerce & Industry held a conference about an economic outlook of European Union during its Fiscal Crisis and Business Environmental Changes.

More than 70 representatives of various businesses, out of which Automotive sector was predominant, participated in that event. During workshops and individual meetings the focus was on investment opportunities in both Europe and Poland. We have seen a growing interest in the energy from renewable sources.

Public Aid

The integration of public subsidies in the course of new investments or expansion investments is a central component which needs to be checked first and foremost, since this often decides whether the project will be realised at all and, if yes, in which localisation – precisely when the options are checked across national and regional borders.

JP Weber checks the fulfilment of these requirements for the grant of structured aid programmes and offers solutions and assistance for the successful filling out of applications. The aim is to precisely analyse the respective interests of the company and to identify potential there which is not apparent at first glance. This is followed by attaining respective positive confirmation for the fulfilment of the funding criteria.

Essential components of public subsidies in Poland are:

Special Economic Zones (SEZ)
EU Structural Aid Funds (2007 – 2013)
Local subsidies for promoting the creation of new jobs
