The acquisition of Algas represents an important moment for both Plukon and the Szatan family. Integrating Algas within the Plukon Food Group creates new opportunities and increases its capacity to supply retail and foodservice customers with high-quality fresh and frozen poultry products in Poland and to various European markets.
The acquisition is subject to approval by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) in Poland.
